Program Mission Statement

Developing better hockey players, better people, and a stronger hockey community.

Our mission at Total Development Hockey School is to advance the game of hockey in our community by making quality development available to players across different ages, experience levels, and abilities.

We believe strong players are built through a solid foundation of skating, passing, shooting, coordination, and hockey awareness. Through purposeful instruction, repetition, small-area games, and age-appropriate competition, we help players build the skills and confidence needed to continue progressing in the game.

We also recognize that families need meaningful options for their children during the summer. Total Development provides a structured and active alternative to traditional daycare, Kids Club, and other summer programs. Our days are built around hockey, physical activity, teamwork, personal growth, friendship, and fun.

Just as importantly, we want to bring players from throughout the area and across different age groups together. By sharing the ice, learning from one another, and spending time together away from the rink, players can create connections and friendships that last long after their playing years are over.

Our goal is to develop better hockey players, better people, and a stronger, more connected hockey community.
